Emily's 2nd bday

We had a party at our house. Lots of friends and family came, and Emily had a great time. The biggest hit was that we rented a snow cone and cotton candy machine with the waterslide, and it was so much fun for the kids. Plus, it kept them outside instead of tracking grass and water in and out of the house, which is never fun to clean up! Enjoy the pics!

I promise (mom) that I am going to try to update the site with the bday pics, but the pictures I had made of the kids turned out so beautiful! I am crying just looking at them - it is so funny how pictures turn out so great but the session (for me, anyway) is always so stressful!!! Julie truly did an awesome job! She is a former neighbor whose business has truly been blessed - and God has blessed her with a gift! I cannot believe that she caught such precious moments in the midst of mosquitos biting, kids crying, all of us sweating, gary and me arguing, emily falling... believe me, i always say "i'm not doing this again." Sea World 2009

 

As you can see, Emily was not crazy about Shamu that close.  We did eat "dinner" with Shamu, where you got to get up close and personal, and that was fun for all the kids.

 

 

 

I had no idea Em would love the beach so much, but she was crazy about it!  Florida, here we come!
